    for a few days now I cant acces the new podcasts. When I log in, I get the “oops something is wrong” page and cant go to the download page. What can I do to fix it?

    I havent been able to download anything since Sept 29. Is there a new feed I need to know about? How DO you communicate with your paying customers. I dont think it is right to expect us to realize YOU have a problem and make us dig thru your web materials for help. You should send a bulk email to your subscribers, apologizing and explaining what we need to do to get your podcasts. So friking irritated at youse guys!!!

    Hey guys,
    Anyone still having problems with the iTunes feed? It’s still asking me for my username and password, and I don’t remember what my login for the iTunes feed is. When I click on the link in the faq section of this site where you can figure out your username/login info for both iTunes and (which are two different logins, according to the faq), the page loads with a message saying “oops, something weird happened.” Actually, a lot of the pages in the site say this. I have no idea how to find my login info for the iTunes feed when the page to figure it out at won’t load. Anyone else having this problem?? I want my Jay and Jack back!

      There is a new feed. I will email each of you to the email addresses provided for your comments if that’s okay. There are also instructions to signing up for the new feed through their Facebook group – If you need help, don’t hesitate to send me a message on Facebook or Twitter or email. Clif sent out an email last Sunday when the new feed was established. A new feed was established because we had to switch hosting for the website. Essentially, you are going to access it the exact same way as the very first time you signed up for the PLUS feed.

    Thank you so much for keeping us updating on the iTunes feed issue. I was pulling my hair out trying to figure out what I was doing wrong (And like Jack, I’m beginning to run out of stuff to pull 🙂 ) Keep up the great work, I’m definitely getting my money’s worth each month and J&J help me keep my sanity at work.

    Guys…any recent issues with the iTunes downloads?. The past two days it hasn’t recognized the logon and password and I can’t DL any content for J&JTV.

      @David – Yes, the iTunes feed is down right now. We have been working on it since yesterday. It WILL be fixed. Someone has been working on it. For right now, you can refresh the Jay and Jack Show feed (the old RambleCast feed) because we’re posting shows there. Also, you can go to if you want to download them that way and manually add them to iTunes and your iPod. Thank you for being so patient, we really appreciate it, you have no idea.

        I’m guessing more trouble with iTunes? Haven’t been able to download any new shows since 9/24 on the Plus feed.

        When I go to the plus-podcast-downloads link on teh J&JTV site and click the ‘download” link, it’s starts the audio, but no download.

        I thnk I’m curse and need to call into the Rant podcast line!

    Jay & Jack, I have not yet signed up for the “Plus membership”. I am trying to decide if I should. It is not a question of “quality”, but it is a question of “quantity”. I have listened to your LOST podcasts, and like the quality that you provide. But what podcasts are you providing for the “plus membership”? “All TV”? “Married Man”? “Fringe”? “Firefly”? Is that true? Any others? I just want to know what my $30 will pay for, before I pay. Thank you Bob

      Hey Bob, if you haven’t already given J&JTV a shot, they currently have All TV, Married Man, Fringe, Firefly and Sports Talk with 3 Stupid Guys. I think that more will be added as more people sign up as members, but I don’t know what shoes. A Game of Thrones podcast has been promised once the new season starts up again. I’d email and either Jack or Clif will be able to let you know anything else you want to 🙂

    Hey Guys,

    Just signed up for plus membership and got the feed working for the jay and jack feed, but I’m having no luck with the married man show, is there a second feed to subscribe to?
    If so could you post it so that I can subscribe.
